General Terms and Conditions – Kterine Arce
1. Validity
These General Terms and Conditions apply to all business relationships between the company Kterine Arce and its customers. By placing an order, the customer confirms that they have read, understood, and agreed to these terms.
2. Offer and Conclusion of Contract
By submitting an order, you are placing a binding request to purchase the selected items. All prices are listed in Swiss Francs (CHF) and include VAT. Product images, descriptions, and listed prices are non-binding and subject to change. Availability, delivery times, and possible errors are reserved.
3. Delivery Times
Items in stock will be shipped immediately after we receive your order, usually within 3–5 business days. For out-of-stock items, production and delivery will begin as soon as we receive your order.
4. Shipping
We charge a flat rate of CHF 7.00 per order for packaging and shipping within Switzerland and Liechtenstein. Deliveries to business addresses require a private billing address. For special shipping options (e.g. express, international, cash on delivery), please contact our customer service at info@kterinearce.com.
5. Payment
Payment methods include advance payment, PayPal, or credit card. Kterine Arce reserves the right to change the available payment methods at any time, with prior notice. A change in payment method does not entitle the customer to cancel the purchase.
6. Return Policy
You may return your order within 7 days of receipt without providing a reason. Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer. We only accept returns of unworn, undamaged items in their original packaging.

Once we receive and inspect the returned items, any prepaid amount will be refunded promptly. Deductions may be applied in cases of damage, signs of wear, or if return shipping was originally covered by us. No deductions will be made if the reduction in value is solely due to handling necessary to examine the item’s quality and functionality. Refunds will be issued once we receive the goods or proof of their return.
7. Guarantee
The legal warranty rights apply. Any defects must be reported immediately upon delivery; otherwise, the goods are considered accepted. Damages due to improper handling, insufficient care, or normal wear and tear are excluded from warranty.
8. Retention of Title
All delivered items remain the property of Kterine Arce, Flurstrasse 34, 8048 Zurich, Switzerland, until full payment has been received.
9. Data Protection
We value your trust and handle your personal data with care. Customer information is used exclusively for internal purposes and will never be shared with third parties.
10. Legal Notice
